All Season Hishaku (Water Ladle)

This All Season ‘Kenyou’ Hishaku (water ladle) has been hand crafted by Artisan Tango Tanimura, and is suitable for use in any season. It is designed for use in the Tea Ceremony, or enthusiasts who want to add such an implement to their ritual of preparing matcha tea.

It is sculpted from two separate sections of bamboo. Using technique and precision, they are masterfully joined watertight, without the use of any glue or fastenings.
