Chabako Chasen Shin Kazuho (Red & White String) – Tango Tanimura

This 70 prong Chabako Chasen has been hand made by 20th generation Master Bamboo Whisk Craftsman Tango Tanimura. It features a unique 2 coloured string in red & white, colours that symbolises celebration in Japan.

At around 10cm it is designed for a Chabako travel set and is approximately 1cm shorter than a regular Chasen.

Sculpted from white Hachiku bamboo that has been seasoned for around 3 years, this beautiful implement is a good all purpose Chasen for thick and thin tea.
