Chawan Icy Blue – Goichiro Ishiguro

This interesting Chawan is crafted by Gifu based artist Goichiro Ishiguro.

Ishiguro San is renowned for his beautiful teapots and Yunomi tea cups, however when we visited him at an exhibition, he had this tea bowl on display.

This is an opportunity to pick up a unique tea bowl that we will unlikely never have a repeat of.

It is fully glazed with a beautiful cracked glaze in an icy white/blue finish.
