Chuaraho Chasen (Black Bamboo) Rouge Pink String – Tango Tanimura

This Chuaraho Chasen has been hand crafted by Master Craftsman Tango Tanimura, and is made from rare black bamboo. It is finished with a unique coloured string.

This Chasen is a Shin Kazuho style, but has tines/prongs which are thicker and stronger than usual, making it designed for Koicha (thick tea).

For more common ‘Usucha’ or thin tea, we have a range of regular Shin Kazuho, Kazuho, and 80 & 100 Hondate Chasen available.
