Hishaku Mini IPPUKU (Water Ladle) – Tango Tanimura

This Mini ‘Ippuku’ Hishaku (water ladle) has been hand crafted by Artisan Tango Tanimura. It is designed for use in the Tea Ceremony, or enthusiasts who want to add such an implement to their ritual of preparing matcha tea.

It is sculpted from two separate sections of bamboo. Using technique and precision, they are masterfully joined watertight, without the use of any glue or fastenings.
