Excellent completeness, comfortable use, fast delivery, and friendly customer service. It is much easier to foam matcha and the flavor of matcha is also improved. The customer service was very kind and reflected the requirements for the product. The delivery took less than a week. Finally, the completion of the product is also satisfactory. I want to recommend it to others.

Beautiful! Worth the money. The threads are woven nicely and you can see the attention to detail that was put on this chasen. Using this is like handling a work of art. The shop owner is also nice enough to guide me through choosing my chasen. Communication was smooth with her. My orders also arrived earlier than expected despite the pandemic. If I could give 6-stars, I would.

This chasen is beautiful and arrived from overseas faster than most of the mail I receive domestically. I appreciate that the packaging was aesthetically pleasing as well, obvious that great care was taken to deliver it without any damage.

The shipping from Kyoto to USA for impressively fast! The packaging is beautiful. And not to mention the workmanship on the whisk is amazing and so delicate, simply gorgeous. I will return to try their organic matcha.
