My item was shipped out quickly, and was well packaged. The item itself is well made and looks great, exactly as pictured. Highly recommend!

I got both this beautiful whisk (does a great job!) and a chazutsu in this order, to complete an earlier purchase of a chashaku and a matcha sift. As with the earlier purchase, the quality is stellar – again. I adore the lacquer work on the tea caddy, it’s really just that beautiful. It shines in sun! These really make my day each time I sit down for a cup of tea 🙂 High recommendations for Koto tea, they’re by far one of my favorite stores. Also: the items are always packed really carefully.
