Teapot ‘Seihakuji’ Blue D – Goichiro Ishiguro

This beautiful teapot is hand crafted by Aichi based ceramic artist Goichiro Ishiguro.

It is made of porcelain and glazed with a traditional ‘Seihakuji’ transparent celadon glaze. It contains traces of iron which causes the colour to change to an icy blue when fired in a kiln.
